Are you interested releasing tensions and experiencing the unconditioned layers of your self? Your innate wellbeing and deeper insights come from there, in these classes you tap into that. The yoga is exploratory, meditative and slow paced. We work monthly in a beautiful studio space in the West End of Glasgow

The sessions are  on Sundays mornings 1000-1200 and cost £22.00, the next ones are;  4th Feb, 3rd March & 28th April. These fill up, act now!, Email or text me to book one.
